Technical Support Officer

Job Description

VANRATH are pleased to be working with a globally recognised software solutions company on their search for a technical support officer. This is a 2nd line IT support position that allows for fully remote working (Belfast based office also available to work from if preferred). Monday - Friday standard working hours (37.5 hours per week).

The Role

  • Provide technical support across multiple sites
  • Help manage SLA's
  • Manage ticket requests for support
  • Perform patch management
  • Work closely with service delivery managers

The Ideal Person

  • Previous IT support experience
  • Understanding of ITIL service management
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors
  • Experience with SQL
