As the Technical Support Engineer you will be tasked with providing proficient and informed client assistance, adhering to agreed upon service level agreements to promptly resolve issues. The company are eager to recruit driven, goal-oriented, and technically proficient support engineers to join the current support teams located locally.

What you will require for the role:

  • Experience at L2 support (preferably in an MSP - not essential)
  • Windows Server and Virtualization ( VMware and Hybper-V) experience
  • Understanding of Window based operating systems
  • Comfortable with Office 365 admin
