Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for technical queries regarding our pressure washer, water pump & generator product lines, including parts and accessories.
  • Dealing with customers throughout the UK & Ireland via email and telephone.
  • Be able to advise the correct product based on application/use.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations placed onsite.
  • Assisting with technical/troubleshooting problems.
  • Use of hand tools & power tools on a daily basis.
  • Liaise with our departments, identifying opportunities or sharing appropriate information promptly and effectively.
  • Using internal stock control system to support both customers and other departments.

The Ideal Person:

  • Candidates coming from a similar industry with practical knowledge and experience with in a similar product range is preferred.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience working with power products, small engine * electrical machinery and power product accessories.
  • Computer literacy skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are essential.
  • Excellent verbal, written, telephone and email comminication skills.
  • You must be technically minded and have a good eye for detail.
  • A forward-thinking positive attitude
