My client is seeking a talented and driven Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of digital projects from initial planning through to launch. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and collaborative team that values innovation, accountability and results.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams including designers, developers and strategists. You will ensure that every project runs efficiently, meets client expectations and aligns with business objectives, and manage timelines, budgets and risks while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products and services.
* Develop and maintain structured project plans, ensuring all milestones and outcomes are achieved.
* Monitor progress, budgets and risks to ensure projects stay on track.
* Facilitate workshops, stand-ups and review sessions with internal teams and clients.
* Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and governance.
* Identify opportunities for further collaboration and future work with existing clients.
* Provide leadership and motivation to your team, ensuring a positive and productive working environment.
About You

Essential Experience
* At least three years of experience in project management within a digital, technology or software development environment.
* Experience managing delivery teams that include designers, developers and technical specialists.
* Practical experience using Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
* Proven success in delivering large-scale agile projects from concept to completion.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience supporting teams working remotely and maintaining strong delivery standards.
* Understanding of project governance, documentation and reporting processes.
* Confidence in facilitating client workshops and structured discussions.
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience line managing, mentoring or coaching others.
* A track record of identifying and securing follow-on work with clients.
* Experience working in a fast-paced or high-performance environment.
* A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, Scrum Master or AgilePM.
