Overview
Great for someone looking to get into IT and the Health Sector. My client is currently modernising their IT Infrastructure across their sites in Northern Ireland and have a requirement for a Technical Helpdesk Advisor to join their Helpdesk team as soon as possible. You'll be providing general IT and Technical Support to professionals within the health sector via inbound calls, assisting with general IT / technical support queries such as device issues/setup, networks, printers, logins, as well as hardware/software support and deployments, resolving at first point of contact or raising tickets to appropriate team. You do not need to have IT experience, full training will be provided, but helpdesk experience would be good to have.
Remote working for the most part, but onsite until fully trained and some office / onsite requirements from time to time.
