- £38,000-£45,000
About You / Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within operational roles
- Strong knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, and candidate engagement
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple roles and deadlines efficiently
- Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven approach
What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operational recruitment for high-volume roles
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and workforce needs
- Maintain and optimise ATS data, reporting on recruitment metrics and trends
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and employment legislation
