About your next employer

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with suppliers, ensuring that they meet the company's quality, cost and delivery requirements. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain operation, ensuring that all materials and products are sourced, shipped and received in a timely and cost-effective manner. The successful candidate will work closely with the Engineering, Quality and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement in supplier performance and ensure alignment with the organisations Strategic Growth Plan.

About you

  • Degree educated in a relevant field (Supply Chain Management / Business / Logistics
  • Or a minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects
  • Advanced level of MS Excel

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement Supply Chain Strategy
  • Develop and manage collaborative supplier relationships
  • Responsible for benchmarking and market analysis of supply chain to aid sourcing decisions
  • Develop and implement key strategies ensuring critical processes are run effectively, and by doing so achieve organisational goals and improve performance KPI's
  • Responsible for introducing process improvements in the supply chain routines and identify new suppliers without jeopardising quality and service delivery
  • To deliver, maintain and develop critical reports to the internal business teams in a timely and accurate manner
