Location: Lisburn / Maghaberry
Hours: Monday - Friday | Full-Time | Permanent

About the Role

VANRATH are partnering with an industry-leading food production company, known for its cutting-edge facilities and employee-first culture, to recruit a Stock Controller to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure availability to meet production and business demands

  • Coordinate incoming deliveries and follow up with suppliers on outstanding orders

  • Perform routine stock checks, audits, and investigate any discrepancies

  • Maintain accurate records using inventory systems or spreadsheets (Excel)

  • Liaise with warehouse and internal departments to support smooth operations

  • Enforce proper storage practices in line with health and safety requirements

  • Generate regular reports on inventory trends, usage, and wastage

  • Support stock rotation and manage quarantine stock as needed


The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or a similar role

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or relevant stock systems

  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

  • Experience in food production or FMCG is advantageous but not essential
