Key responsibilities include:

• Crafting tender estimates within designated timeframes
• Offering expert advice on value engineering solutions and proposing alternatives
• Active participation in tender review meetings with clients
• Coordinating pre-qualification questionnaires and submissions
• Engaging with supply chain activities and providing performance feedback on active projects

What we're looking for:

• Minimum five years of relevant experience, with a preference for fit-out project experience
• Proficiency in interpreting drawings, coupled with a keen eye for specialist details
• Sound understanding of contract documentation and associated risks
• Efficient use of estimating software
• Demonstrated experience or qualifications in the field
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
