Solution Architect (remote - up to 85k)

VANRATH are pleased to be working with a globally recognised software solutions company on their search for a solution architect. This position is cloud focused and requires previous experience in solutions architecture. This opportunity allows for fully remote working (NI offices also available to work from).

The Role

• To oversee and design a comprehensive solution from its initial concept to its delivery and handover.
• Collaborate with Business Architects and Analysts to ensure that proposed solutions align with the organisations objectives and effectively address core business requirements.
• Lead a team of Technical Design, Application, and Network & Communications Architects during the design and implementation phases.
• Aid in coordinating technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to support the implementation stages of projects or programs.
• Possess a deep understanding of the challenges and intricacies within each program segment or area and the ability to integrate these activities seamlessly.

The Ideal Person

• Previous solution architecture experience
• Demonstrates extensive expertise across solution domain
• Proficient in applying architectural principles and frameworks effectively
• Possesses substantial exposure to cloud technologies, particularly in Azure and/or AWS environments.
• Holds significant experience in the implementation and enforcement of governance and assurance methods.

Remuneration

The salary for this role is up to £85k. Other benefits include 25 days + stat holidays, health care, pension contributions etc.
