Due to increased demand, the firm is expanding and seeking a talented Solicitor with experience in litigation to join their dynamic team.

Due to the firm's expansion, we are seeking a Solicitor to handle a variety of litigation cases. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a passion for litigation and a desire to advance within a supportive and dynamic team. The role is available on a full-time, part-time, or hybrid basis, offering flexibility to suit your work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a broad range of litigation cases, including Personal Injury, Road Traffic Accidents, and Medical Negligence, from the initial stages through to resolution.
  • Undertake in-depth legal research, draft precise pleadings, and prepare detailed court documents.
  • Advocate for clients by attending court hearings, proceedings, and representing them during settlement negotiations.
  • Offer insightful legal advice and strategic direction to clients on complex litigation matters.
  • Continuously monitor and adapt to changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed, up-to-date counsel.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
  • Demonstrated experience in handling defence litigation cases independently, with a proven track record in litigation and effective case management.
  • Strong research, analytical, drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of relevant defence litigation laws, regulations, and procedures.
