A major UK legal services firm is seeking a senior-level Banking & Finance Solicitor to lead its Belfast-based Banking & Finance team. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to drive the development of a high-performing team within a nationally recognised firm known for its expertise in corporate and financial services.
About the Role
As Head of Banking & Finance, you'll take a leading role in advising major UK clearing banks, corporate borrowers, and institutional lenders. You will oversee a range of complex and high-value transactions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that also includes strategic oversight and team development.
About You
Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in banking and finance
Strong technical background in areas such as property, corporate, or acquisition finance
Proven ability to manage transactions and build lasting client relationships
Leadership experience or a clear ambition to take on a senior management role
Commercial awareness and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients
