About you:
- Qualified solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE in Northern Ireland
- Strong grasp of commercial law, tech, or energy sectors
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach
- Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
What you'll do:
- Draft and negotiate a broad spectrum of commercial agreements across sectors
- Support clients with technology and IT licensing, IP, and data protection matters
- Advise on contractual risk and strategic commercial considerations
- Assist with energy sector-specific contractual documentation and compliance
- Contribute to business development efforts and cross-practice collaboration
