ICT Officer (24K) (3 Month Contract)

I am looking for an organised IT technician with a desire to further their experience on a 3 month inial contract based in Greater Belfast

Salary

£23,949 + Holiday & Pension

Responsibilities:

Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) is a process that runs 3 months before go-live to verify that all workstations, peripherals, and printers that are needed to complete end user workflows are deployed and function as expected.

Completing TDR testing typically takes 8 to 12 weeks, although the duration depends on how many devices, workflows, and printout types are being tested. The number and physical proximity of testing locations, the number of testers, and the quality of the testing also directly impacts the overall testing duration. Completing the testing in a timely manner requires an organized and diligent end user devices (EUD) team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in IT support, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience in a similar post
• Driving license and access to vehicle essential
