This is more than a technical role - it's a strategic leadership position that bridges engineering teams, architecture, product management and DevOps to deliver large-scale, high-impact systems.

About the Role

As the Architect, you'll take ownership of defining and delivering the shared technical and architectural vision for cross-functional Agile teams. You'll be part of the leadership trio alongside the Release Train Engineer and Product Managers, helping ensure that all teams are aligned to a modern, scalable, and secure architecture.

You'll work closely with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, supporting global rollouts and developing systems that underpin mission-critical trading applications.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven architecture experience in complex, enterprise environments
• Strong background in software engineering (C#, Java, TypeScript, C++, etc.)
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code
• Expertise in API design and integration, including REST, GraphQL, and messaging middleware
• Comfortable with DevOps tooling (CI/CD, Git repos, testing frameworks, code security)
