About You

  • Time-served or qualified Bench Joiner with proven workshop experience - NVQ3 Level
  • Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and joinery assembly techniques
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and cutting lists accurately
  • High attention to detail and dedication to craftsmanship quality
  • Reliable, motivated, and a team player
  • Experience in bespoke or high-end joinery is advantageous

What You'll Do

  • Manufacture and assemble high-quality timber components including doors, frames, furniture, staircases, and bespoke items
  • Work from technical drawings to produce precise joinery pieces
  • Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Carry out finishing tasks to meet client specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
  • Contribute to the overall productivity and success of the workshop team
