About you

  • Proven background in construction, ideally progressing from a trade discipline
  • Hands-on experience in groundworks, civils, and new-build projects
  • Strong track record in project delivery outside of fit-out roles
  • Confident in operating within live environments with strict health & safety standards
  • Proactive, practical approach with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage programmes, trades, and subcontractors efficiently
  • Effective communicator with strong organisational skills
  • Holds SSSTS or SMSTS certification and willing to travel across Northern Ireland

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of daily site operations, managing groundworks, civils, and new build activities
  • Supervise trades and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship
  • Coordinate project sequencing and drive progress to meet deadlines
  • Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and site procedures
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and design teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Monitor productivity, site quality, and overall efficiency from start to finish
