VANRATH are recruiting a Site Supervisor to oversee social housing contracts, across Northern Ireland.

Our client is a leading contractor delivering high quality projects across Northern Ireland, in M&E, renewable energy, building maintenance and social housing.
They have a great opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site activities, including staff, subcontractors, and logistics.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards at all times. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to relevant parties. Monitor progress and compile reports in accordance with project timelines.
- Maintain regular communication with the Project Manager on all operational developments.
- Resolve any problems or discrepancies that may arise during operations and communicate all to Project Manager.
- Ensure that all materials, tools, and equipment are available on site as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with both sub-contractors and the client on site.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by Management
The Ideal Person:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in site supervision within the construction industry
- Valid Driving License
- Experience working in site supervision on social housing contracts
