Site Manager - NORTH DUBLIN


Client
Due to expansion, our client is in need of a Site Manager. This role will be based in North Dublin. As Site Manager you will be managing a Residential Project worth €10m. Residential Building experience is essential!


Remuneration
€50,000 - €60,000 + Benefits DOE


The Ideal Person

  • Minimum 5 year's experience in managing building or construction projects. Experience in NEC3 Professional service.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of project management methodologies and documentation.
  • Experience in managing construction contracts.
  • Proven experience in managing project budgets and schedules.
  • Full current Driving Licence and access to a vehicle to meet the requirements of the post in full.



Responsibilities

  • Define project requirements and scope and prepare Project Brief.
  • Develop and maintain Project Execution Plan.
  • Liaise with statutory authorities and ensure consent approvals.
  • Manage design development process and technical approvals.
  • Develop project budget costs and contingency (risk allowance) and manage through project life cycle.
  • Develop project schedule and critical path.
  • Ensure compliance to Project Management Office standards.
  • Ensure quality management and governance is being adhered to.
  • Support change authority process Information management including excel experience.
  • Plan and manage contracts in accordance with Company procedures.
  • Develop and maintain project Risk Register and Issues Log.
  • Maintain Lessons Learned Log.
  • Manage Change Control.
  • Input into the monthly projects progress reports on cost, quality, schedule, health and safety, risk etc.
  • Carry out Site Inspections to assure compliance with progress, quality, safety and environmental requirements.
  • Participate in Gateway Reviews and Post Project Evaluations.
