About you
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Site Manager or supervisory role within commercial fit-out projects
- Proven track record in managing subcontractors, client relationships, and multiple trades
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and interior fit-out processes
- Essential qualifications: SMSTS or equivalent, CSCS/CSR Manager Card, valid UK driving licence
- Desirable: First Aid at Work, NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management, Temporary Works certification
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- IT proficiency with project management software and reporting tools
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure and maintain high standards of safety and quality
What you'll do
- Oversee daily site operations for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Ireland (and UK if required)
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works
- Enforce health & safety protocols, conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain safety records
- Manage project programmes, monitor progress, and mitigate delays
- Conduct site inspections, ensure quality standards are met, and address any defects promptly
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams to maintain open communication
- Manage logistics, materials, and documentation efficiently to support project delivery
