About you

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Site Manager or supervisory role within commercial fit-out projects
  • Proven track record in managing subcontractors, client relationships, and multiple trades
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and interior fit-out processes
  • Essential qualifications: SMSTS or equivalent, CSCS/CSR Manager Card, valid UK driving licence
  • Desirable: First Aid at Work, NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management, Temporary Works certification
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • IT proficiency with project management software and reporting tools
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure and maintain high standards of safety and quality

What you'll do

  • Oversee daily site operations for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Ireland (and UK if required)
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works
  • Enforce health & safety protocols, conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain safety records
  • Manage project programmes, monitor progress, and mitigate delays
  • Conduct site inspections, ensure quality standards are met, and address any defects promptly
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams to maintain open communication
  • Manage logistics, materials, and documentation efficiently to support project delivery
