Client:
Our client is a leading interior fit-out contractor based in Antrim, Northern Ireland. They carry out a range of fit-out projects across various sectors including commercial, hotels, luxury residential and specialist joinery projects.

The business is thriving and are winning new projects regularly. As a result, they are looking for an experienced and ambitious Site Manager to join them.

The Site Manager will be responsible for the organisation and supervision of directly employed operatives and sub-contractors on site. The Site Manager must have the ability to achieve the necessary production outputs with due regard for quality finishes and health and safety issues.

Main Responsibilities:

• Site Construction programmes - ensuring timelines/targets are adhered too
• Direct supervision of operatives ensuring works are carried out in a safe, compliant, effective, and efficient manner
• Monitor site operatives' performance
• Understanding of Site Health & Safety and adherence
• Planning to ensure resource is available for the workload
• Proactively work with colleagues to ensure the site and workload is running smoothly
• Manage onsite deliveries
• Managing team schedules and site attendance
• Assisting with planning

The Ideal Person:

• Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
• Experience working on high end fit out projects
• Track record working as a Site Manager
• Detail-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ideally candidates will have a joinery background and site supervisory experience on high quality interior fit out projects
• CSCS Card holder
