VANRATH are recruiting a Site Manager to work for a leading fit out contractor based in Dundonald, Northern Ireland.

Remuneration:
c£45,000 to £55,000 DOE + package

Client:
Our client is a leading interior fit-out contractor that have been operating for over 50 years. They specialise in creating outstanding interior fit-outs for the commercial, hospitality and retail sectors. The company take pride in creating bespoke solutions for their clients and due to the quality of their work win a lot of repeat business.

The Opportunity:
The company have a lot of projects on in Belfast and across the UK and Republic of Ireland with more in the pipeline. They have a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Projects last on average 12 weeks and the Site Manager will be working on a rotation, based on a project locally and then one in the UK or ROI.

The Site Manager will be responsible for a range of activities including managing multiple sub-contractors, communicating with clients, as well as dealing with the day-to-day operations of the site and design teams.

It is required to have up-to-date knowledge of health and safety matters as well as an understanding of all current legislation and good practices. Additionally, be proactive and possess excellent management skills throughout the course of each contract, with a desire and commitment to grow with the company.

Experience:

  • Track record working as a No.1 Site Manager
  • Commercial Fitout experience
  • Good eye for detail and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications
  • Efficient and well organised with strong management experience
  • Strong communicator and coordinator
  • Health and Safety focussed
  • IT Literate
  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Willing to work across NI as well as the UK and ROI when required
