This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a project in Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland.

Role Overview:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, to specification, and within budget. This is a permanent position, with the initial project based in Carrickfergus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.
- Report directly to senior management, including the Contracts Manager and Project Director.
- Maintain accurate, consistent, and professional records and reports.
- Manage and motivate site teams to achieve optimal performance.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and ensure site safety compliance.
- Interpret and follow construction drawings and project specifications with precision.
- Survey sites to identify potential problems and evaluate design feasibility.
- Organize and coordinate labour resources.
- Play a key role in contract negotiations with both direct and subcontract staff.
- Liaise effectively with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Self-motivated and hardworking, with strong team-building skills.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Solid technical and practical knowledge of the construction industry.
- Relevant 3rd party Health & Safety site management training and certification.
