Service Desk Analyst (Belfast - 25k salary)

Job Description

VANRATH are pleased to be working with a long standing client as they expand their Belfast service desk team. This position is on a hybrid basis and is shift based.

The Role

  • 1st line IT support
  • Providing technical support using the Service Now portal
  • Working with suppliers and internal IT teams
  • Escalating incidents to senior service desk operators when required

The Ideal Person

  • Previous service desk experience and/or IT related degree
  • Customer service experience (ideally within finance sector)
  • Familiar with Microsoft applications
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems
