As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and helping to deliver high-quality service to customers and partners.

The Role

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT related inquiries and incidents
  • Use troubleshooting skills to help solve software and hardware issues
  • Document all service requests
  • Configure and deploy hardware
  • Password management

The Ideal Person

  • Previous experience in a technical support role
  • Active directory experience
  • Office 365 knowledge
  • Experience dealing with IT suppliers
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
