Salary : £13.75 p/h (open to negotiations depending on experience)
Hours : Monday to Thursday 09:30am - 17:00pm, Friday 09:30am - 15:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively organise and schedule appointments and meetings to ensure effective diary management and optimal use of time with your team, customers & suppliers
- Deliver comprehensive updates to the team during weekly meetings, showcasing departmental progress and insights via detailed reports.
- Maintain and enhance the bespoke CRM with up-to-date contact lists, ensuring seamless communication across the team.
- Efficiently create courier labels for deliveries and collections while providing timely updates to customers and suppliers to enhance satisfaction.
- Meticulously track parcel progress and promptly notify the relevant parties, ensuring transparency and reliability within your department.·
- Execute document management tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, archiving, and shredding with utmost attention to detail·
- Diligently input equipment details into the Innovate CRM daily, capturing photographs and detailed notes to support ongoing projects.·
- Keep customers informed of service timelines, fostering trust and confidence in our operations.
- Collaborate closely with on-site and field technicians to gather timely updates, enhancing team efficiency and responsiveness.
- Prepare and send precise quotes to customers, request order numbers, engage with third parties, and efficiently manage parts ordering as needed.
- Strategically coordinate with Innovate drivers to optimise their schedules for seamless deliveries and collections
