We are collaborating with a prominent commercial vehicle provider in Northern Ireland to find a talented Service Advisor who will enhance their customer service team in Ballyclare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and the company, delivering excellent service.
- Manage service schedules and send timely reminders to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle records.
- Coordinate efficient PSV appointments.
- Generate and distribute job cards, track vehicle progress, and assist with invoicing.
- Handle outbound sales and customer service calls to build strong relationships.
- Create and promote maintenance contracts to clients.
- Work closely with the Workshop Supervisor to ensure smooth task planning and profitability.
- Notify clients of additional services and provide detailed quotes for approval.
- Explain completed work to clients and arrange vehicle collection or delivery.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a service role within the motor trade.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- A valid full UK driving license is required.
