Job description

VANRATH have partnered with one of Northern Ireland's most established car dealerships. The organisation is recruiting a Service Advisor position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any Motor Industry experienced individual or relevant experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression.

Initially a 12-month contract

Place of work is BT23

Salary

Negotiable (Dependent on experience) + Bonus + Fantastic benefits (33 Holidays) + Progression Opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the standard in customer care with the diverse customer base. nd Accountabilities
  • Manage the relationship between customer and dealership. Manage the service process effectively.
  • Go beyond process in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver effective value-added sales solutions to customers to ethically promote the wide range of products and services.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in similar role or relatable experience
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with experience handling complaints.
