I cant speak highly enough of Vanrath, and in particular David Kernohan. David took the time to fully understand what type of position I was looking for, while taking into account work life balance and the areas that I considered to be important. He kept me updated the whole way through the recruitment process and was very efficient. I have spent 18 years in the public sector so was worried about changing jobs and moving to the private sector, however David made the process as stress free as possible and gave me great advice at every stage. With David's help I'm now looking forward to starting a new job at the beginning of June.

Ross Stevenson has been the ultimate professional and people person in my recent search for a new role. Within a short period of time, I have now successfully obtained a new and exciting post with HSCNI thanks to Ross's guidance, help and knowledge. I would 100% recommend Ross Stevenson and Vanrath recruitment services to anyone keen to develop their career path. Many thanks to you Ross and Vanrath team. Best regards Anna

Her knowledge of the market, professional advice and swift acting was impressive. From the first contact, through the application process and in employment, Vanrath are encouraging, supportive and very professional. I can not thank Emma and Vanrath enough for enabling my future career in HR!
