VANRATH are delighted to be working with a leading Private Health company in Belfast who are currently recruiting a Service Advisor to join their team. Reporting to the Service Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting incoming queries, being a first point of contact to all customers.

The Ideal Person

  • 1+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Highly organised
  • Strong IT skills including MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor you will:

  • Answer routine calls and direct to relevant department
  • Deliver excellent service to customer
  • Query handling
  • Meet and greet visitors
