Job Description

An opportunity for a Senior Technical Support Engineer (3rd Line) to join an established MSP in Northern Ireland!

  • Up to £50,000
  • Antrim area
  • Hybrid (flexible)

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to resolve complex issues escalated from junior support teams. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, along with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintenance of service levels.

The Role

  • Providing 3rd line support - resolving hardware & software issues
  • Assisting with system administration
  • Technical escalation point for less senior staff members.
  • Maintain and improve IT documentation.

The Ideal Person

  • + 5 years IT Support Experience
  • VMware and HyperV knowledge
  • Networking Experience
