Job Title: Senior Talent Partner
Location: Remote (NI)
Salary: £45,000-50,000 per annum
Duration: Full time / Permanent

With an international exporting presence, they are seeking a NI based Senior Talent Partner to support the overall Talent Strategy, ensuring that they the right people capabilities to drive the business's growth and provide appropriate opportunities to their people to grow and develop professionally and personally within the wider Group.


Reports to: Group Head of Talent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop communication strategies for the talent and organisational capability initiatives.
  • Provide insights and learnings from talent analytics to support workforce planning efforts.
  • Enabling key talent pools with succession planning tools and development plans.
  • Liaise with L&D Dept on implementation of key learning and talent programmes for emerging leaders.
  • Manage the administration and analysis of psychometric assessment process and instruments for key talent.
  • Support the Talent Management systems roadmap and tools.
  • Support and define employee value proposition (EVP) for key talent.
  • Manage and coordinate 3rd party talent development programme partners.
  • Build strong relationships with business and functional leads, organisational sponsors and HR leadership.
  • Provide coaching support to emerging talent.

Individual: The successful candidate will be self-aware with a passion for talent development. They will be a self-starter in order to achieve tasks, provide direction to others and will enjoy creating a positive and innovative atmosphere to those around them. They will continually seek out opportunities to practise and encourage a culture of strategic excellence showing flexibility in their approach, adaptability in difficult circumstances and continuously strive to achieve results. They will be a capable listener with the ability to gain in depth understanding of business and individual development needs and priorities. The successful candidate will also have an analytical mindset so that actionable insights can be developed from talent analytics.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a talent specialist capacity within a professional consulting firm or an organisation with well-developed talent management practices and processes.
  • Understands best practice learning & talent strategies and architectures
  • Experience with various psychometric assessments and tools - e.g., Thomas Intl, SHL, DiSC etc



Education:

  • Hold a third level degree in Human Resources or Industrial/Organisational Psychology
  • Keeps abreast of latest talent and learning trends and technologies
