Are you a recruitment professional with a passion for sourcing top talent and building workforce strategies that drive business success? Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing organisation based in Mid-Ulster, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of their end-to-end recruitment strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is confident managing full-cycle recruitment-from strategic workforce planning to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver on end-to-end recruitment activities across all business functions and levels.
  • Partner with department heads and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop workforce plans.
  • Manage internal and external recruitment campaigns, including skilled overseas hires and sponsorship compliance.
  • Oversee the onboarding and induction process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Own and optimise the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles and proactively identify future hiring needs.
  • Enhance employer branding through innovative attraction strategies and candidate engagement.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting to inform senior decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and best practice in all hiring processes.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or internal recruitment, ideally within manufacturing or other fast-paced sectors.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, candidate sourcing, and employer branding.
  • Experience coordinating overseas recruitment and working with sponsorship/visa processes.
  • Proficient in the use of ATS platforms and HR systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Highly organised, results-driven, and proactive in approach.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards (desirable).
