Responsibilities:
As a Salesforce Senior Analyst I, you will:

• Analyse and document intricate business processes, translating them into well-defined solution designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, design, develop, and implement new development requests.
• Support the development team in building well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Create proof-of-concept solutions to communicate Salesforce capabilities.
• Implement and uphold best practices in the design process.
• Contribute to a team of system administrators and developers for the enterprise-wide Salesforce.com application landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Over 6 years in a Salesforce Analysis or Development role.
• Strong task management skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Salesforce.com Admin, Development, and Architect certifications preferred.
• Experience with Flow builder and declarative automation required; Apex and Lightning Component experience desirable.
