Due to continued success and growth, VANRATH is expanding our Built Environment division and is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll work across a broad spectrum of the Built Environment sector, managing existing client accounts while developing new business relationships. You'll be joining a collaborative and high-performing team with access to market-leading tools and support, enabling you to focus on what you do best-connecting exceptional talent with top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, primarily within construction, engineering, infrastructure, and property
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job brief through to offer management and onboarding
  • Source and engage candidates through a variety of channels including advertising, networking, and proactive headhunting
  • Develop new business opportunities and grow your client portfolio in line with divisional objectives
  • Deliver a first-class recruitment service while achieving personal and team revenue targets

About You

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a full-cycle recruitment role (agency or in-house)
  • Proven ability to win business and build long-term client relationships
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the recruitment landscape
  • A confident communicator with a professional approach and high attention to detail
  • Driven, ambitious, and motivated by delivering results and earning potential
