The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly ambitious Recruitment professional to join our growing team, focused on developing and fostering long-term relationships with key clients and job seekers in the legal sector, with a professional and customer-focused approach.

Our Professional Services team deliver on key roles across front and back office and work with a wide range of clients across all of Northern Ireland, no two days are the same and the legal sector is currently thriving. This particular market presents a huge opportunity for a high gravitas individual to join the business and establish themselves as the market leader in this sector. The Package

  • Excellent base salary with a guaranteed OTE for a period (usually 12 months) as you establish your position in the sector
  • Up to 25% commission on placement fees generated (uncapped)

The Ideal Person

  • A strong academic profile, ambition, gravitas and a self-starter
  • Ideally 2+ year's Recruitment experience
  • Desirably, legal recruitment experience with strong relationships within NI.
