About you:

  • At least 2 year of experience in property management, lettings, or property sales
  • Strong leadership skills, mentoring other team members.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Professional approach with a high customer service standard
  • Full UK driving licence


What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with landlords and tenants, acting as their primary contact
  • Manage the entire rental process from tenant onboarding to end-of-tenancy
  • Managing and mentoring junior property managers
  • Coordinate and resolve maintenance issues efficiently by liaising with contractors
  • Keep accurate records to ensure legal compliance and company policies are followed
  • Oversee a busy property portfolio, prioritising tasks effectively
  • Contribute to the business's growth and success through meeting targets
