Based at their impressive, modern site in Cookstown, the successful candidate will take the lead on delivering high-value, technically complex projects across various disciplines.
Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience)
Monday to Friday, on-site role
As Project Manager, you'll be at the helm of key engineering projects-overseeing everything from initial design through to commissioning. You'll play a strategic role in managing budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Oversee the full life cycle of multiple engineering projects, from planning through to final commissioning
Manage project budgets and ensure capital spend is aligned with company objectives
Coordinate and lead internal teams and external contractors across engineering disciplines
Act as the technical lead, particularly in water-related infrastructure projects
Ensure adherence to technical specifications, project deliverables, and client expectations
Maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery
Represent the company during site visits, contract negotiations, and progress meetings
Work closely with the SHEQ team to maintain high safety and compliance standards
Prepare and enforce risk assessments, method statements, and other H&S documentation
Degree or qualification in Engineering or a related field
Proven track record managing complex, multi-discipline projects to successful outcomes
Familiarity with H&S legislation, risk assessments, and HAZOP procedures
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify project opportunities
Comfortable working independently and on-site across remote locations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of water infrastructure project delivery or upgrade programmes
