Senior Project Manager (Consultancy)

The Ideal Person
A construction-related degree in Project Management or a similar discipline, with proven experience delivering construction projects within a consultancy or client-facing environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication ability and a proactive, client-focused approach. Experience managing programme, cost, quality and risk across multiple project stages is essential, alongside the ability to prioritise workloads and deliver to deadlines.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take responsibility for delivering projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring effective control across all key project drivers. Responsibilities will include:
Managing projects through all lifecycle stages from inception to handover
Monitoring and controlling programme, cost, quality and risk
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Supporting business objectives by delivering value for money
Ensuring compliance with procurement, commercial and contractual strategies
Maintaining Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality standards
Identifying opportunities to support business development and secure repeat work
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary consultancy team
