About you:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR or People Advisor role, ideally within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of UK & NI employment law
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (Level 7 is desirable)
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
What you'll do:
- Provide comprehensive end-to-end People support for leaders and employees across the UK
- Manage employee relations casework and absence management processes
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and assist with talent acquisition and succession planning
- Oversee UK People compliance, including legislative updates and fair employment monitoring
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance
- Contribute to culture, wellbeing, and People-focused projects
