Senior Operations Manager - Belfast - 50-60k

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a highly reputable Textiles Company with the Recruitment of a Senior Operations Manager to join a growing and dynamic team based in Belfast.

Salary - £50,000 - £60,000 Depending on Experience + Fantastic Benefits

Hours - Mon-Fri - 08:00-17:30

Responsibilities:

• Project Management of a wide range of business projects as required
• Manage all Maintenance Personnel and Engineering Projects
• Overall Management of the company Asset Strategy and Capital Programme
• Contribute to the Company Senior Management Team
• Manage all aspects of relationships with key external contractors and suppliers
• Manage all aspects of Regulatory Affairs ensuring Company are in compliance with all relevant legislation
• Manage the Company quality system ensuring full compliance with ISO
• Liaise with relevant government bodies and ensure Company are in compliance. Manage any issues that may arise to ensure Company are compliant and licence to operate continues.
• Devise and implement systems to drive continuous improvement throughout Company operations
• Other equivalent duties as required by the company

Essential Criteria:

• Previous Operations Manager Experience (2 Years+)
• Commercially Astute
• Experience of driving Continuous Improvement Strategy/Systems
• Experience with ISO Audits

Desirable:

• Experience with Textiles/Manufacturing
