Overview

My client is currently modernising their IT Infrastructure across their sites in Belfast City Centre and have a requirement for a Senior Network Engineer to join the team. You'll be helping with the management of the IT network (existing and new), with a focus on Cisco switch deployment - decommissioning old and installing new. You'll be joining a wider Infrastructure team of around 100 IT engineers which consists of Support, Server, Network, Deployment and Systems Engineers.

About you

• Strong on the field Network Engineer experience
• Experience of installing switches throughout the network
• Strong knowledge of configuration and setup of Cisco switches/routers

What you'll do as a Senior Network Engineer

• Install new cisco switches/routers to the network.
• Configuration/set up of cisco switches and routers.
• Troubleshooting network issues.
• Decommissioning of old network equipment.
• Deliver high quality server with excellent cable management etc.
