Senior Marketing Manager - (Belfast / Hybrid)

Job Description

Our client is a cutting-edge technology start-up located in Belfast, they are looking for a dynamic and skilled professional to join our Marketing Team as the Senior Manager of Marketing.

You will be responsible for our marketing efforts, including development, planning, and execution of marketing programs and advertising initiatives in support of the organisation's growth goals. This is a hands-on position; you will be involved in all aspects of marketing activities. The ideal candidate will excel at balancing creativity with performance, driving impactful initiatives forward while meticulously measuring and analysing their success.

You'll join our blossoming Marketing Team, working alongside our Marketing Manager and VP of Operations. You will also work directly with our Product and Engineering teams on all technical aspects of the role. For the right candidate, there will be a range of opportunities and scope to grow within the Marketing function, or elsewhere in the business.


  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness
  • Setting goals, KPIs, and tracking progress of marketing initiatives
  • Accountability for and delivery to growth targets set for the business and its products and services
  • Managing budgets and allocating resources effectively
  • Overseeing the creation of marketing materials and content, including website, social media, and email campaigns
  • Analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company goals
  • Mentoring and managing marketing team members, setting clear expectations, and providing guidance and support
  • Other tasks as required


  • Successful track record in a hands-on performance oriented marketing role within a high growth start up environment (+5 years of experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Innately motivated to own the outcome and deliver results
  • Problem solving capabilities with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
  • Hands on experience in digital marketing, content creation, analytics, and social media management
  • Understanding of customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies
  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self starter that likes to take initiative
