VANRATH are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for a Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive to join the business on a permanent basis. This exciting senior-level opportunity offers the chance to lead customer marketing and brand activity across key channels, driving both commercial and strategic goals.

The Role

  • Plan and manage marketing budgets and campaigns annually, aligning efforts with commercial objectives across targeted sales channels.
  • Work in partnership with internal channel teams to ensure marketing initiatives are strategically aligned and effectively prioritised.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of customer- and channel-specific marketing assets and sales enablement tools.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with third-party vendors, such as design studios and production houses, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution.
  • Drive product visibility and engagement by supporting launches with insight-driven, well-timed marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends, track competitor actions, and analyse consumer behaviour to guide ongoing marketing decisions and strategy development.

The Person

  • Background in Marketing or a closely related field, supported by a relevant degree or higher education qualification.
  • Hands-on experience thriving in dynamic, high-energy marketing environments.
  • Skilled in end-to-end management of both digital assets and print-based materials.
  • Track record of organising and assessing customer-facing promotional activities.
  • Strong multitasker with solid project management capabilities and an ability to juggle shifting priorities.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Effective communicator and confident speaker, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable interpreting marketing data and turning insights into strategic actions.
  • Practical experience planning, supporting, and running marketing or customer events.
  • Familiar with basic image editing tasks, such as formatting and resizing visuals.
