What you will do:

• Lead a portfolio of complex audit engagements, ensuring delivery to the highest technical standards.
• Manage, mentor and develop a growing team of qualified and part-qualified staff.
• Build strong relationships with a diverse client base, providing advice and insights beyond audit.
• Support partners in practice development, client tendering and wider business initiatives.
• Take ownership of quality assurance and compliance processes.
• Play an active role in driving change, innovation and efficiencies across the audit department.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA) with extensive post-qualification experience in audit.
• Current or recent experience at Senior Manager level within a reputable practice.
• Strong technical audit and accounting knowledge, with experience of managing complex assignments.
• Proven people leadership skills, with a track record of developing teams.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to spot opportunities for clients and the firm.
• Ambition and drive to progress to Director level and beyond.
