Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Our client has recentlyis one of the fastest growing companies in Northern Ireland and have a focus around AI/ML. You will have overall responsibility for designing, developing, testing and deploying high-quality SaaS solutions which delight our customers. You'll work on challenging agile-based software development projects within a highly experienced and talented team. The role centers around hands-on coding, design and architecture for our core enterprise SaaS platform, adding features and functionality from conception to implementation. This role calls for someone who is a fast learner, can think outside the box, have a zealot-like dedication to squashing bugs and be able to help design and build modern software applications
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust and scalable software solutions using Java and
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy cutting-edge systems.
- Leverage containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to streamline deployment processes.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high code quality.
- Drive the development of new features and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to guide technical decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Java
- Proficiency in containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the Spring framework is a significant plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
