Senior IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the successful implementation and adoption of changes that generate value for the business.
• Defining the approach to business analysis and actively driving it.
• Ensuring that solutions effectively facilitate the necessary changes across systems, people, and processes.
• Ensuring that the requirements gathered can be realistically implemented by delivery partners.
• Supporting the development of the business analysis team by contributing to the establishment of improved standards.
• Working on multiple projects and initiatives at different stages to provide value.
• Enhancing the team's reputation through the delivery of proactive and high-quality analysis.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in IT Business Analysis, working across both business and IT at a senior level, preferably on multiple concurrent projects or initiatives.
• Proficiency in applying a diverse set of business analysis tools and techniques throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Proven track record in effectively managing stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to constructively question existing practices with business stakeholders to achieve the best results.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of confidently engaging with business professionals and effectively translating their requirements to IT.
• An analytical mindset, enabling rapid comprehension of requirements and the ability to identify, assess, and propose potential solutions.
• The capacity to identify project risks, evaluate their potential impact, and proactively seek mitigating strategies.
• Business acumen, including an understanding of how to add value to the business within the realm of IT delivery.
• Business Analysis qualification.

• Experience working with various project delivery methodologies, such as Agile/SCRUM.
