What You'll Do:

  • Lead all things HR: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, engagement

  • Partner directly with site leadership to craft and implement people strategies

  • Take a hands-on, experimental approach - try new ideas, iterate and learn

  • Manage your function end-to-end, backed by a supportive, people-first site lead
