You will be responsible for the following areas:
- Absence Management
- Disciplinary and Grievance
- Employee Relations Management
- Learning and Development
- Organisational Structure and Design
- Performance Management
- Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding
About you:
- Associate member of CIPD.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a generalist HR position
- Experience of working across multiple jurisdictions including NI, ROI and GB.
- High energy, result oriented, and calm under pressure In-depth knowledge of ROI and GB employment law.
- Track record of managing Employee Relations cases
