Senior Front End Engineer (React.Js and Typescript)

Fully Remote (Must be based in Northern Ireland)

Salary £60-70K

Vanrath have partnered with a Global integrated Risk assessment firm that empowers organisations to make better decisions. Our client are head quartered in London but have been building out a number of Remote Teams in N.Ireland. They have an immediate need for 4-5 Senior Front End Engineers .

Role/Responsibilities

  • As a Front-End Developer, you would join UI engineering team engaged in greenfield development of new applications alongside reshaping the experience of an existing product suite.
  • Develop functional prototypes using HTML, CSS & TypeScript to demonstrate creative concepts
  • Coordinate with a global engineering and design team to implement UI solutions
  • Plan, design, and utilise web technologies to write new and modify existing code for software enhancements and development of new products and features
  • Help create and maintain documentation
  • Help the team leverage and contribute to open-source technologies

Qualifications

  • Experience in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, TypeScript) in context of API-driven applications
  • Experience with React and other JavaScript libraries
  • Strong aptitude for writing elegant code and advocate for best-in-class user experience
  • They operate in a CI/CD environment therefore experience writing unit, integration tests and a coding style that enables testability is highly desirable
